Scout backup and recurring venues for Toronto sessions

Toronto sessions run best when we are not scrambling for a room each time. We want a bench of venues we can rotate through and fall back on.

What to deliver.

• Four to six spaces that suit a focus session: quiet enough to work, welcoming to a group, ideally free or low cost during our hours.
• For each one: location, capacity, hours, cost or arrangement, wifi, and a contact.
• A note on which ones work as a regular home base and which are good backups.

Coffeeshops, coworking spaces, bookstores, and libraries are all fair game.

Done when we have a documented list the team can book from on short notice.
