Coworking at The Grateful Den đż
For one day weâre trading the coffee shop for an actual coworking space. The Grateful Den is a social wellness club in the Annex, a calm, light filled studio with lofted ceilings and skylights, built for people to gather, focus, and create. You get a proper spot to work, no hunting for a table or an outlet, and the same focused blocks and good company you come for.

About
For one day, weâre taking Creative Blocks into The Grateful Den, a social wellness club and community studio in the heart of the Annex.
Most of our sessions run out of great coffee shops. This one is different: itâs a real coworking space, so you get room to spread out, settle in, and do deep work without hunting for a table or an outlet.
You donât need to be a Grateful Den member to join. Weâre taking over the space for the day, so everyone who signs up is welcome.
What makes this one special
- âïž A bright, open studio with lofted ceilings and skylights
- đȘ Lots of room to work, set up for a full focused day
- đż A calm, wellness minded space built for creativity and connection
Same rhythm you know: deep work blocks, a proper lunch break, and a hangout to close.
Weâll be hosting a free somatic movement session at the Grateful Den at 5pm too, so you can come for the full day! Thatâs a separate event listing so make sure to book that separately. See you then đ§

The structure really helped me stay focused and be very productive. The built in check-ins make it feel sustainable. It's a mix of work and socializing that I don't always find on my own.
The ritual
The room hears you,
and the work shifts.
Pre-block
Out loud: what you're about to do.
Post-block
Out loud: how it went.
That's the ritual. Two questions, asked out loud, with other people in the room. It's how the work gets real.

I started Creative Blocks because too much meaningful work gets postponed when youâre doing it alone. Some of my best work happened around people doing work they cared about, and that kind of focus is contagious.
Creative Blocks is my attempt at creating more rooms like that.
